Headquartered in Dongguan, a city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, LJV was founded in 2009,  with an area of total 42,000 square meters in Xiegang Town, it owns over  900 employees. The company is a highly competitive High and New-Technology Enterprise (HNTE).

LJV specializes in designing and manufacturing of encoder smart modules, car seat switch modules, central control seat module, automotive telematic connectors, series included FAKRA, X-FAKRA, HSD, HSL, and its cable assemblies, as well as encoders, potentiometers, tact switches, micro switches, and high precision die-cast, stamped, injection molded parts.

The product lines are widely utilized within the automotive, communication and home appliance industries.
Automotive products are used within automobiles to support: 360-degree camera functionality, blind spot monitoring, driver assistance, automotive entertainment and communication system.
Communication products have mainly been used in vehicle instrument, walkie talkie, multimedia speaker, and 5G communication equipment. LJV also offers a wide range of standard and customized electronics products including smart control modules for home appliances and interconnecting equipment.

LJV is considered to be the ultimate one-stop shop for critical components with services from research and development, fully automated production, intelligent production cells to test validation, being committed to providing highly flexible integrated solutions.

    P1 – The Components Business Unit


    P1 Components Business Unit, is divided into three departments: die-casting, stamping, and injection molding. LJV manufactures high precision customized zinc and aluminum die casting parts, high precision stamping and injection molding parts.

    P2 - The Electronic Components Business Unit


    P2 Electronic Components Business Unit focuses on encoders, potentiometers, switches and integrated module products.

    The P2 product line is widely utilized within the automotive, communication and home appliance industries for regulatory functionality of volume, speed, luminance and frequency. The product’s operating temperature ranges from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. Durability test standards meet from 30,000 to 1,000,000 cycles, up to 168-hour salt spray exposure as well as meeting re-flow SMT and PIP requirements.

    LJV’s modules are widely used for vehicle central control and seat adjustment functionality, process selection, smart locking capability or temperature control for washing machines, microwave ovens more a wide variety of other kitchen appliances.

    P3 – The Connector Business Unit



    P3 Connector Business Unit focuses on automotive telematic products ranging from PCB type connectors to full cable assemblies.

    Supported by strong R&D capability and with over a decade of rich experience providing OEM services, the P3 business unit now develops and provides the whole series of telematic products used within automobiles to support: 360-degree camera functionality, blind spot monitoring, driver assistance, automotive entertainment systems. P3 supports the automotive mainstream standardized connector series such as: FAKRA, X-FAKRA, HSD, and HSL.

    The combination of world class machinery such as Schleuniger automatic cutting and stripping machines, servo motor crimping machines and automation assembly, maximizes the production and quality control. Zero-defect and double quality guarantee are achieved by both 100% visual inspection equipment and network analyses of signal integrity and cable assembly performance.
